Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address. We may also collect the launch-party preference, optional interests, and campaign parameters you choose to submit.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage the waitlist, send waitlist updates and launch notifications, share relevant invitations or previews, and understand which topics are useful to readers. We use analytics to understand site activity in aggregate.

Service providers

Depending on the workflow in use, your submitted information may be processed by Kit and Brevo for email delivery and subscriber management; Google Sheets for waitlist storage; Umami for website analytics; n8n for workflow automation; and Slack for internal notifications. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep waitlist information only while it is needed for these launch and communication purposes. To ask us to delete your data, email pradeepngupta@gmail.com with the email address you used to join the list and the subject “Delete my Buzzing Java data.” We will also pass the request through the relevant services used by the workflow.

You may unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing the address above. You may also ask us to correct your information.
