TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms for joining the list.
These plain-language terms apply to your use of the Buzzing Java website and book launch waitlist.
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Using the waitlist
Please provide information that is accurate and belongs to you. You agree to use the waitlist for its intended purpose and not to interfere with the website or submit automated, duplicate, or misleading entries.
Communications
By checking the consent box and joining the waitlist, you agree that we may contact you about the Buzzing Java launch, related previews, events, and updates. We will not use the waitlist to send unrelated spam. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.
Early access
“Early access” means that a waitlist member may hear about a launch date, price, preview, event, or related material before a broader public announcement. It does not guarantee a free copy, invitation, early delivery, a particular price, or access before everyone else.
Website content
Buzzing Java content is provided for general information and may change before launch. The site and waitlist are provided as available while we continue preparing the book and related materials.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project develops. The latest version will be posted on this page.
